Grant Panel Members

There are currently 92 active young grant makers that are responsible for making decisions about local funding for youth social action projects across Wales

Young people volunteer to become grant makers. You do not require any previous experience, just an enthusiasm for making your community better

The young people that make up these panels have told us they love being involved in making funding decisions and seeing all the positive contributions being made by other young people.

Being a grant maker offers young people the opportunity to;

• Make a difference
• Meet new people and make new friends
• Learn about your local community
• Take responsibility for making decisions
• Find out about how community projects run
• Gain recognition
• Get involved in other opportunities

If you would like to join a grant panel contact your local Youth Volunteering Advisor
