What does GwirVol do?

 

What is GwirVol?

GwirVol was a a partnership between the third, private and public sectors that was led by the views of young people which aimed to
• Increase the number and the diversity of young people volunteering in Wales.
• Increase the number and accessibility of quality volunteering opportunities for young people in Wales to ensure they get the most from their volunteering experience.
Youth volunteering continues to be supported by the Welsh Government and WCVA and the following advice is available to young people wherever they are in Wales

- A national database of all volunteering opportunities in Wales can be found here
- Support from a Youth Volunteering Advisor to help guide you to a suitable volunteering opportunity 
- Local funded for youth led volunteering projects
