You Give, You Get

GwirVol recognises that young people are looking to get involved in their communities through volunteering and that they are looking to make the most from this experience. This includes developing skills and experience and being able to demonstrate this to potential employers and when applying for training and further education opportunities. One tangible way of doing this is through completing awards and accreditation.

GwirVol's You Give, You Get is a publication designed for young people to access these kinds of opportunities. Young people have been involved in the design and content of this publication to ensure it is as useful and relevant as possible to them.
